When this Siege enters, it deals 4 damage to another target battle or opponent and 1 damage to up to one target creature.

Prowess (Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, this creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn.)
If a noncreature source you control would deal damage to a creature, battle, or opponent, it deals that much damage plus 2 instead.
This triggers when the spell is cast, before it resolves. Even if the spell is countered, the cast trigger still resolves. Copies of spells are not cast, so they won't trigger this.
This card uses a replacement effect ('as [it] enters' or 'enters with') to modify how the permanent enters. This is NOT a triggered ability — it can't be responded to, and effects like Panharmonicon or Torpor Orb don't affect it.
