When Gallifrey Stands enters, return all Doctor cards from your graveyard to your hand.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may put a Doctor creature card from your hand onto the battlefield. Then if you control thirteen or more Doctors, you win the game.

ETB trigger, not a cast triggerRules Note
This card's ability triggers when it enters the battlefield, not when it's cast. Effects that double ETB triggers (like Panharmonicon) work here. Countering the spell prevents the creature from entering, so the ETB won't fire.
