When this Siege enters, look at the top five cards of your library. You may reveal a permanent card from among them and put it into your hand. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.

This card uses a replacement effect ('as [it] enters' or 'enters with') to modify how the permanent enters. This is NOT a triggered ability — it can't be responded to, and effects like Panharmonicon or Torpor Orb don't affect it.
